Treatment typically lasts an hour, although this can vary, particularly with children under 7 years old.
You remain clothed and will usually lie face up or on your side, or you may be seated.
Integration
After your appointment there can be a short period of adjustment as part of the healing process, where you may become more aware of symptoms.
Subsequent treatment
Some people report relief after one or two appointments however for long-standing issues further appointments may be needed.
Regular appointments
Often people find they benefit from regular treatment over an extended period of time, noticing an improvement in their physical or emotional symptoms, they feel that they have more awareness of their own needs and strengths, along with an improvement in their quality of life.
"We look at the body in health as meaning perfection and harmony, not in one part, but in the whole."
