Cranio-Sacral Therapy works through gentle, non-invasive touch to release stress, disturbance, injury and deep-seated trauma.

As a holistic technique Cranio-Sacral Therapy works through various levels of the body impacting the musculoskeletal, nervous, cardiovascular, circulatory and immune systems in addition to the organs, tissues and fascia allowing the body's self-healing mechanisms to relieve diseases, symptoms and root causes.

Emma Cass

RCST, mANP, mCNHC, mIMA

Emma trained with the College of Cranio-Sacral Therapy in London and is a registered practitioner and member of the Craniosacral Therapy Association (CSTA) UK and the Complementary Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC).

With a passion for Anthroposophic Medicine, Emma utilises both allopathic and holistic healthcare as part of an integrated treatment plan and is a member of the Integrated Medicine Alliance part of the College of Medicine and Integrated Health whose patronage is held by His Majesty King Charles III.

Emma is currently studying Naturopathic and Herbal Medicine with the College of Naturopathic Medicine in London and is a registered member of the Association of Naturopathic Practitioners.

  • The Complementary Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC) is an approved Accredited Register by the UK Professional Standards Authority for Health and Social Care, a body accountable to Parliament.

    CNHC registered practitioners must therefore meet with UK-wide standards of patient safety and service quality.

  • Doctors and other health professionals are able to refer patients to practitioners on Accredited Registers such as the Complementary Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC).

  • The Department of Health and Social Care recommends that where people are looking for complementary health practitioners they use someone who is registered with the Complementary Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC).
