A private natural healthcare practice

Passionate about providing integrative healthcare.

Our Approach

Cranio-Sacral Therapy is a gentle, non-invasive manual touch therapy that works to release and mobilise restrictions around the cranium and sacrum to affect multiple structural, physiological, mental and emotional systems into attaining greater health and wellbeing.

It allows the body's self-healing mechanisms to assist in relieving disease, symptoms and root causes through utilising the anatomical and physiological connections; approaching the body as a whole rather than a sum of it’s parts.

Practised by healthcare professionals

Osteopaths, doctors, dentists, chiropractors, physiotherapists, occupational therapists, naturopaths, homeopaths and midwives.

Location

Our primary clinic is located in the heart of the beautiful north Essex countryside with occasional clinics in West Penwith, Cornwall.
